01Is this a subscription?
No. Pay once and keep using Turtao. You get app updates for one year, and the version you own keeps working after that.
02Where does my data live?
On your Mac. Your drafts, schedules, account sessions, and publishing history stay in a local database on your computer.
03Do I need API keys?
No. Sign in to each platform in a normal browser window and Turtao remembers the session on your machine.
04How does publishing work?
Turtao uses the platforms’ own websites, just like you do. It opens your saved browser profile, publishes the post, and reports what happened for each account.
05Can Turtao use local AI?
That option is coming soon. A local model can help Turtao recover when a platform changes its page. You’ll be able to run the model you choose through Ollama or llama.cpp. It is optional and runs on your hardware.
06What happens after a year of updates?
The app stays unlocked. You can keep the version you have or renew updates when there is something new you want.
